Gopher Crow captured the arrival of Dr. Bob Ballard to AltaSea at the Port of Los Angeles. Dr. Ballard, the man who discovered the Titanic, was aboard his ocean research vessel, the Nautilus, which was accompanied on its arrival to the port by an entire flotilla, including sailboats, fireboats, tall ships, and a school marching band.
