Searching for a Storm is a documentary which chronicles the 1991-95 war in Croatia and profiles the war crimes case of Croatian general, Ante Gotovina. The film advocates the position that Gotovina was being made a political scapegoat to justify the wartime policy failures of the international community. Gotovina was later acquitted by the International Crimes Tribunal.
